October saw the launch of the Kaya Gallery on Southside Street in Plymouth's historic Barbican.Formerly the Sarah Crews gallery it has been purchased by local businessman Norman Holmes.It will continue to exhibit work from a wide range of artists,sculptors and photographers.

Bev Smith opened The Art and Soul Gallery in May 2007, The gallery has a very varied selection of work produced by a selection of artists, ranging from paintings, glass in various forms, metal, jewellery, photography through to textiles and ceramic sculpture.
Art classes are taught in a range of creative subjects, Day, Evening and Weekend classes are available at a cost of £6 per 2-hour session.
Open Monday to Saturday 9:30am to 5:30pm

Based in the picturesque Cornish village of Kingsand.
